Mnemory use case
Private demonstratorBringing sources into dialogue: the Guilhem Bélibaste experience
How can we question a historical figure without confusing established facts, hypotheses and reconstruction? This experience shows how Mnemory structures sources, broadens their context and uses AI to provide explainable, nuanced and traceable answers.
A Mnemory Places experience, powered by Mnemory Knowledge, with the transmission dimension of Mnemory Legacy.
01 · Méthode
A documented reconstruction, not an imitation
The system does not claim to revive Guilhem Bélibaste or give him artificial certainty. Facts, hypotheses and interpretations are distinguished, uncertainty is explicit, and the system can say when available sources are insufficient.
02 · Knowledge
Answer quality starts with source selection
AI cannot magically correct an incomplete, biased or poorly selected corpus. Each document is qualified by origin, author, date, scope and limits. Provenance is retained; contradictions and gaps remain visible.
An answer is never better than the corpus, reading rules and context on which it is based.
03 · Places
Understanding a person requires broader context
Chronology, territories, daily life, beliefs, relationships, institutions, movements and places are connected to reduce anachronism without attributing undocumented experiences.
04 · RAG
How the demonstrator works
This is commonly called RAG, or retrieval-augmented generation: AI writes from information retrieved from a controlled documentary knowledge base.
- 01Qualified sources
- 02Contextual index
- 03Relevant retrieval
- 04AI response
- 05Sources and confidence
It improves grounding, traceability and control; it does not guarantee truth or eliminate errors.

What if your archives became active knowledge?
The Guilhem Bélibaste experience is not publicly accessible. Mnemory presents it by appointment to explain the method and its application to your project.
